What cookies does this website use and why?

Scala.design collects two types of data from its websites. Data collected using cookies and data submitted by users who fill out the contact form.

The data collected using cookies is defined by Google Analytics, and it is data such as:

· Time of current website visit.

· Whether and when the visitor last visited the website.

· From which website the user came to the proces.hr website (first party cookies do not share data on other websites).

· IP address which is also used to collect data such as country, state, city (we call this IP geolocation).

Cookies do not collect information such as first and last name, email address or billing information.

Furthermore, the Google Analytics terms of service expressly prohibit Analytics users from collecting data that links personal data to Google Analytics data. The information provided by users varies from one form to another depending on the purpose. Please note that these forms are produced in accordance with global and local laws and regulations.

Protection of personal data

Scala.design ensures that all personal data about users is stored according to local, European and international laws and regulations. Data collected through cookies is stored by Google.

How to block and avoid cookies

Internet Explorer:

1. In your browser, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced.

2. Click on Override automatic cookie handling.

3. Specify how you want Internet Explorer to handle cookies from first-party websites and third-party websites (websites other than the one you're currently viewing).

4. To allow cookies to always be saved on your computer, click on Accept.

5. To disable the storage of cookies on your computer, click Block.

6. To be asked whether you want to allow cookies to be saved on your computer or not, click on Prompt.

7. To enable cookie sessions (cookies that will be deleted from your computer when you close Internet Explorer) to always be saved on your computer, click on Always allow session cookies.

Google Chrome:

1. Click on the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.

2. Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux; Settings on Chromebook).

3. Click on the label Under the Hood.

4. Click on Content settings in the "Privacy" section.

5. Click on the Cookies label in the Content Settings dialog that appears:

Deleting cookies

1. Click on All cookies and site data to open the Cookies and Other Data dialog.

2. To delete all cookies, click Remove all at the bottom of the dialog. To delete a specific cookie, select the site that issued the cookie, then the cookie, and click Remove.

Default cookie blocking

1. Blocking all cookies: select "Block sites from setting any data." Note that selecting this setting will disable most sites that require a login. You will see an icon in the address bar every time a cookie is blocked.

2. Blocking only third-party cookies: Check the box "Ignore exceptions and block third-party cookies from being set". Even if you have added a website to the Exceptions list and chosen to enable the use of its cookies, third-party cookies on that website will not be accepted if that box is checked.

By default, cookies are enabled

Be sure to select "Allow local data to be set" to enable the use of first-party and third-party cookies. If you want to accept only first-party cookies, check the box "Block all third-party cookies without exception".

Enabling exceptions for specific websites or domains

To control the handling of cookies for a few specific websites or domains, click on Manage exceptions. To add a rule in the Cookie and Site Data Exceptions dialog that appears, follow these steps:

· Click on the field "Add a new exception pattern" and enter the name of the domain for which you want to make an exception.

· To make an exception for an entire domain, insert [*.] before the domain name (eg [*.]google.com).

· You can also specify an IP address, an IPv6 address, or a non-http URL.

· Use the menu to choose whether the website can set cookies. If you choose Session only, her cookies will be deleted every time you close your browser.

· Using this dialog you can also edit or remove exceptions.

When does the data retention obligation end?

·         Nadalje, uvjetima Google Analytics usluge korisnicima Analyticsa je izričito zabranjeno prikupljanje podataka kojima se osobni podaci povezuju s Google Analytics podacima. Kako blokirati i izbjeći kolačiće

Internet Explorer:

1.      U svom pregledniku idite na izbornik Tools menu i birajte Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced.

2.      Kliknite na Override automatic cookie handling.

3.      Zadajte na koji način želite da Internet Explorer postupa s kolačićima s web stranica prvih osoba i web stranica trećih osoba (web stranice osim one koju trenutno gledate).

4.      Da biste omogućili da se kolačići uvijek spremaju u vašem računalu, kliknite na Accept.

5.      Kako biste onemogućili spremanje kolačića u svom računalu, kliknite Block.

6.      Kako biste bili upitani želite li omogućiti spremanje kolačića u svom računalu ili ne, kliknite na Prompt.

7.      Kako biste omogućili da vam se sesije kolačića (kolačići koji će vam se izbrisati iz računala kad zatvorite Internet Explorer) uvijek spremaju u računalu, kliknite na Always allow session cookies.

Google Chrome:

1.      Kliknite na ikonu francuskog ključa na alatnoj traci preglednika.

2.      Birajte Options (Preferences na Mac i Linux; Settings na Chromebook).

3.      Kliknite na oznaku Under the Hood.

4.      Kliknite na Content settings u odjeljku “Privacy”.

5.      Kliknite na oznaku Cookies u dijalogu Content Settings koji se pojavljuje:

Brisanje kolačića

1.      Kliknite na All cookies and site data kako biste otvorili dijalog Cookies and Other Data.

2.      Kako biste izbrisali sve kolačiće, kliknite na Remove all na dnu dijaloga. Kako biste izbrisali određeni kolačić, odaberite web lokaciju koja je izdala kolačić pa zatim kolačić te kliknite na Remove.

Zadano blokiranje kolačića

1.      Blokiranje svih kolačića: birajte “Block sites from setting any data.” Imajte na umu da će biranje ove postavke onemogućiti rad većine stranica za koje je potrebna prijava. Vidjet ćete ikonu na adresnoj traci svaki put kad kolačić bude blokiran.

2.      Blokiranje samo kolačića trećih osoba: Označite polje “Ignore exceptions and block third-party cookies from being set”. Čak i ako ste dodali neku web stranicu na listu iznimaka (Exceptions list) i odabrali omogućavanje korištenja njezinih kolačića, kolačići trećih osoba na toj web stranici neće biti prihvaćeni ako se označi to polje.

Zadano omogućavanje korištenja kolačića

Svakako odaberite “Allow local data to be set” kako biste omogućili korištenja kolačića prvih osoba i trećih osoba. Ako želite prihvaćati samo kolačiće prvih osoba, označite polje “Block all third-party cookies without exception”.

Omogućavanje iznimaka za određene web stranice ili domene

Da biste kontrolirali postupanje s kolačićima za nekoliko određenih web stranica ili domena, kliknite na Manage exceptions. Kako biste dodali pravilo u dijalogu Cookie and Site Data Exceptions koji se pojavljuje, slijedite ove korake:

Kada prestaje obveza čuvanja podataka?

Obveza čuvanja podataka prestaje ako su podaci potrebni Ministarstvu unutarnjih poslova ili nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu za potrebe obavljanja poslova iz njihove nadležnosti, ako su podaci potrebni sudu ili javnom bilježniku za postupak koji vodi, u slučajevima određenima Zakonom o sprječavanju pranja novca i financiranja terorizma, Zakonom o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu, Zakonom o oporezivanju računa u inozemstvu američkih državljana (FATCA) ili Sporazumom o automatskoj razmjeni informacija o financijskim računima (CRS) te ako su ti podaci potrebni poreznom ili drugom nadzornom tijelu u postupku koji ono provodi u okviru svojih nadležnosti.
