For this project we were asked to revisit an existing proposal created by another architectural studio.
Witnessing the recent completion of our residential project, Art Investing real estate developer requested an improved interior layouts for all six units in the building, as well as a corresponding set of technical drawings, visualisations and marketing brochures.
Significant modifications improved functionality and circulation throughout the space, particularly in bathrooms whose layout was adjusted to allow natural light and ventilation.
Za ovaj projekt zatražena je revizija postojećeg prijedloga kojeg je izradio drugi arhitektonski studio.
Svjedočeći nedavnom završetku našeg stambenog projekta, tvrtka za izgradnju nekretnina Art Investing zatražila je poboljšani unutarnji raspored za svih šest jedinica u zgradi, kao i odgovarajući set tehničkih crteža, vizualizacija i marketinških brošura.
Značajnim izmjenama poboljšana je funkcionalnost i cirkulacija kroz prostor, posebice u kupaonicama čiji je raspored prilagođen kako bi stanari imali prirodno svjetlo i ventilaciju.
